Evaluation of a Pilot Training Program for Community Health Workers (CHW) - Final Report
The report is structured to meet two main objectives of the program: (1) informing the future direction of the curriculum, and (2) reporting evaluation results to funding agencies. This report also attempts to answer specific questions from the original project proposal prepared by the Collins Center for Public Policy, Inc. These questions cover the main areas to determine the effectiveness of the program, namely appropriateness, strengths and weakness, and general observations.
