Community Health Workers Project - Phase I
This phase consists of an inventory of local activities related to CHWs and a written summary of existing national and international CHWs models, which are being addressed in this report. In addition, this phase included efforts to sustain future steps of the project through grant writing, which have been submitted under separate cover.
