Community Health Workers Project Fact Sheet
This document provides some basic information about the two and a half years process that allowed for the implementation of the Community Health Workers Project. This project seeks to integrate CHWs practice and training with existing primary and preventive healthcare services, training and community resources, and ultimately develop a professional career track for CHWs.
