Voices Miami developed four
distinct goals, with specific objectives, indicators and action
steps. The indicators will be used to monitor and evaluate success,
and the key actions are the actual work needed to accomplish the
objectives. Different lead entities and supporting agencies will
commit to sharing their expertise and guiding the process for each
key action. Each agency will continue to report on progress and
issues as they arise. This process must be adaptable to adjust
to the changing environment.
